Customer satisfaction number 1 a big joke
If you need help from the support team you will receive standard answers, they reply very slow because they don’t know the rules and regulations. In touch games should provide training for their employees. Plus, they have some rules who doesn’t appear anywhere, in-house rules.

Scam do not use!!
If you deposit via phone and win you will never get your winnings. They stall and stall asking for pdf phone bill documents bank statements and when you provide them there’s always something else, customer service is shocking, if you read this do not join them and warn everyone!! Pay with a reputable firm

BUT if you have ever deposited by phone bill and have not got phone verification access you will not get your money. they want you to send even more documentation which most people wont have. so all money i have put in i cannot get back. this app is a SCAM! i would avoid this like the plague!

More casino than bingo
I wouldn't say this is too much of a bingo site, more a casino site because there are more casino and slots games than anything else which is great if that is what you like. The free spins advertised are a nice bonus and I like that you don't have to use your card. I've yet to win but overall I couldn't find much wrong here to be fair.

Good but confusing
I was a bit confused when I got to the casino site but then had to search for the bingo rooms? Kind of put me off a bit but I got playing and liked it in the end

I joined Mfortune for the games not so much the bingo and so far the slot games are quite good. I liked the free spins didnt win on them though. I play on my mobile and found it very easy to get going no hiccups.

Love the free spins! I did win with my own cash though but it took a while to get my money, they kept asking for ID which I sent to them. I did get the money in the end but it seems a bit like they are trying to put you off. Still I wouldn't let that deter me and I enjoy playing here
